Acceptable Email Policy

Our policy is a simple one, spamming is not allowed. Affiliate webmasters are welcome to use email to promote our Fetish Club site, but the requirements below must be followed:

1. Unsolicited bulk email may not be used to promote the Fetish Club site. Only verifiable opt-in lists may be used, and double opt-in lists are highly preferred. In either case, there must be a verifiable prior relationship with each person who is sent an email, even if the relationship is only that they've specifically asked to be on the list used.

2. All lists used must be supported by records showing the details of how each subscriber was added to the list. Besides the email address, the records must include the IP address from which each request came, along with the date and time that each subscription was requested/confirmed. If we receive a complaint from someone who received a promotional mailing containing a link to our site, the affiliate whose ID was in the link must be able to supply this information in order to show that they didn't send an unsolicited bulk mailing.

3. All mailings which promote the Fetish Club site must conform to all applicable local, state, and federal laws. In particular, every mailing must conform to each of the sections of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 which applies to sending opt-in list mailings.

4. Since lists often contain a significant number of addresses at major service providers, all mailings which promote the FetishClub must also follow the guidelines of these providers: AOL Bulk E-mail Policy, AOL Whitelist Guidelines, MSN/Hotmail Bulk E-mail Policy, Yahoo Anti-Spam Policy.

5. Mailings which promote the Fetish Club may not use forged, invalid or misleading header information, or false or deceptive subject headings, or text in the body of the message which attempts to mislead the reader.

6. A valid postal address must be included in any mailing which contains a link to our site. Along with the postal address of the sender of the email, the message must also contain the following:
This offer was sent on behalf of:
Millennium Multi-Media Inc.
245 8th Avenue Suite 311
New York, NY 10011 USA

7. All mailings which contain links to the Fetish Club must include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism that is simple to use, a one-click link method preferred. Those who request removal from the list must be removed immediately and must not be sent additional mailings promoting the Fetish Club site.

8. All mailings sent to promote the Fetish Club must include our tracking address "compliance@cashfetish.com" in the mailing so that we may track compliance with the requirements outlined above.

WARNING: Do not send emails which violate these policies. First of all, violating the CAN-SPAM Act carries civil and criminal penalties, and it's much better to avoid those by playing by the rules. Second, violators of our policies can kiss their commissions goodbye. If we get complaints showing that an affiliate is promoting our site in violation of our policies, we close that account and all related accounts, and stop paying the affiliate immediately. We also block the affiliate from signing up again. Also, if requested or required we'll supply their account details to the law enforcement agencies, Internet Service Providers, or others who wish to press charges or pursue claims against them. It's a very, very bad idea to try to promote our site using spam. Really, do not do this.

HOW TO REPORT UNSOLICITED EMAIL
If you've received an email that you believe should not have been sent to you, please let us know about it. Here's the information we need so we can determine if one of our affiliates sent it to you (and make them stop). Send us a copy of the entire unwanted email, including all of the header information, to "abuse@cashfetish.com" and please include your name, address, and telephone number, along with any other information you may have about the sender of that email.
